Our client is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a USMC program located in Quantico, VA.

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of all activities within a designated program.
• Manage program/project efforts to achieve technical objectives while ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality standards.
• Plan, organize, and direct all project-level activities.
• Ensure the program's goals and objectives are met within contract terms and conditions.
• Develop and monitor program budgets.
• Report monthly status and financials to both customer and company.
• Develop and maintain employee technical expertise for resource assignment.
• Maintain customer relationships and communicate effectively within the company.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree from an accredited university.
• 15 years of cumulative experience.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Direct experience with the Marine Corps Study System.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
